Wedding season is in full swing and I couldn’t be happier. I enjoyed every moment of planning my wedding last July and have to admit I was feeling a little bummed once our perfect day was over. I had spent the past year and a half picking out all of the details, dreaming of our magical day, and watching it come together; I didn’t know what to do with this new free time once our night was over and everything settled down. This year, I am overjoyed to get to relive the bliss and excitement though Open Me When, working side by side with wedding planners and brides to take care of any gifting needs for the big day.

When it comes to our custom gifting, you’ll have a hard time finding an occasion where our boxes wouldn’t work. We have done our fair share of company gifts, real estate closing gifts, and gifts for sports and entertainment events, but we really feel like we have hit our sweet spot in the wedding industry. We have found that our boxes make the absolute best gifts for the bridal party (yes, even groomsmen!) as well as thank you gifts for parents and vendors. We’ve worked with brides to create something special for their groom and vice versa, as well as close friends of the couple wanting to give them a gift that is just as special as they are. On the other side of the aisle, we also work with event planners to create gifts to give to their clients once they have signed, showing their dedication to the event and starting the relationship off in the best way possible. However, one my favorite applications of our boxes are welcome gifts for the guests, especially those from out of town. It can be so stressful running around to stores to look for goodies to put inside and then having to fill each individual bag, ending up messy and impersonal. We make it easy and meaningful by finding a mix of both take home and eat now gifts that you won’t find in just any store, keeping on theme and setting the tone for the event. These welcome gifts don’t even have to be in a box- they can be in a cute tote or duffle, a backpack, a branded paper bag, or really anything they can imagine. No matter what, the gift will be prepared with the signature Open Me When finishes, individually wrapping the items inside with a special story attached to each one and personalized, handwritten note for each person.

Custom means custom. 

When were approached by Sarah to create boxes for her bridesmaids, I was both nervous and excited to attempt something that was completely outside of anything I had done in the past. Fast forward to the end result- the most breathtaking, gorgeous boxes full of live floral blooms and hand-painted macaroons asking each girl to be her bridesmaid or maid of honor. Our acrylic box was the finishing touch on this magical box, giving her girls a sneak peek at the beauty within. With my new found calligiraphy skills, we sealed the box with a luxe satin white ribbon and custom tags saying “Can’t Say I Do Without You” and sent the boxes on their way to the lucky recipients. We were even able to successfully ship the out of town of the boxes without any damage to the contents inside. I could go on describing the boxes forever, but no words could do them justice.
